- The Nevada DOI has
approved the the ACORD 50 identification card for temporary evidence of motor
vehicle liability insurance to an insured through January 25, 2009. The
ACORD 50 NV form will not be allowed for use in Nevada as of 12:01 a.m. on January 26,
2009. There will be a new form - Acord 51 that will be made available early December.
After January 1st the Acord 50 will no longer be accepted.
