vendors, and agencies. The Premier Partner Program is not a cookie
cutter program - it does have something for everyone. It focuses on
offering a menu of different solutions to different carries - depending
on their needs and the needs of their representative agencies. Certainly
we have found that the consistent contact is key to successful agency
rating and communication. The benefits include:
One key has been our "On-Time Programming Guarantee” for our Premier Partners. Quomation offers all Partners priority in rate changes or additions. Quomation will program any rate changes in as little as five working days*. This has provided flexibility to carriers for current bridging needs as well as the ongoing rate adjustments. It is perfect for the last minute changes that creep in. Traditionally Quomation has been very good at hitting the release date for new rates but this is Quomation’s guarantee that our scheduling will not slow your rate changes.
Core to the program is the annual subscription service to PowerQuote for home office and field representative rating needs. Marketing information from PowerQuote is vital, so are the regular emails that give prompt notification of other rate changes within the market. Current information is critical for field representative to file prompt, accurate reports regarding their territory. PowerQuote allows the representative to spend their time with their agents and not on time-consuming paperwork. Market analysis’ also find comparative rates essential in keeping up with the dynamics of change that accompany the insurance market.
Bridging development (standardized AL-3, ACORD,
or XML), uploads and all bridging maintenance is included in the Premier
Partner Program. We also provide direct, real-time bridging to carrier
sites. In addition to bridging integration and programming, we also
have very responsive technical support and local field representative
that help with the installation and training of bridge use making
the technology transition smooth.
Specific to individual carrier needs, the program includes integrated third party verification for credit, CLUE, or MVR. It also includes automatic tier placement for more accurate rates. Our integrated Credit Grabber pulls financial responsibility information from the carrier’s site or from third party vendors like ChoicePoint and provides an exact rate in PowerQuote without having to bridge to the carrier site first.
The Premier Partner Program also provides
for supplemental applications or forms programmed into our PowerForms
product (depending on the form an initial programming fee may apply)
making access to the carrier specific forms quick and easy. For carriers
that are using had-written applications this service is invaluable
saving the agents time and streamlining the application process dramatically.
Quomation can also keep renewal rates on line after rate changes to assist agencies in making changes for their clientele. These rates do not appear on the rater unless specifically selected as a renewal by the agent.
